# AI Collaboration

When an AI run is project-visible or shared, collaborators can see the AI activity in project activity and linked room chat.

Private read-only prompts stay private. A private conversation can become project-visible only through an explicit conversation action.

AI project mutations use the same conflict rules as human edits. If a collaborator changes a resource first, Gessa shows a conflict and the AI receives structured conflict data.
