Current commercial terms are available through this channel while paid plans for higher generation volume are being finalized.
Account, billing, and technical support
Email [email protected] for sign-in trouble, workspace access, subscriptions or billing, generation jobs, project data, engine behavior, or other Studio support. Include the affected workspace or project identifier, the approximate time of the problem, what you expected, and any safe error or request identifier. Never send passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other credentials by email.
Developer API and MCP help
Start with the Gessa developer platform for the supported OpenAPI contract, authentication model, remote MCP endpoint, typed-error guidance, rate-limit behavior, and versioning policy. Send reproducible contract or integration problems to [email protected]. State whether the request used REST or MCP, name the documented operation or tool, and remove credentials and private project content before attaching logs.
