1. Who we are

Gessa is a browser-based engine for creating and sharing interactive worlds (“Gessa”, “we”, “us”). These terms cover your use of the gessa.ai website. Use of the Gessa application at create.gessa.ai is additionally governed by the terms presented in the app.

2. Early access

Gessa is offered as an early-access service. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued without notice. We do our best to keep the service available and your work safe, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Your content

Worlds, games, and assets you create with Gessa belong to you. By publishing a world or asset publicly, you grant us the license needed to host, display, and distribute it as part of operating the service. You are responsible for what you create and publish, and it must not infringe others’ rights or applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts, no scraping at volumes that degrade the service, and no use of the service to harm others. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gessa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
