Visual Scripting Comments And Groups

Comments and color groups are first-class visual scripting content. They help large graphs stay navigable and are stored in Script IR so they survive saves, imports, collaboration, and TypeScript round-trips.

Comments

Use comment boxes for notes about intent, edge cases, and ownership. Keep them close to the nodes they explain. Comments do not emit executable TypeScript.

Color Groups

Use named color groups to visually cluster related nodes. A group owns a box, label, color, and list of node ids. Groups are organizational and do not change runtime behavior.

Collaboration

Comment and group edits are merged with the same Script IR collaboration path as node and edge edits. Independent comment/group additions converge; direct text or color conflicts resolve deterministically.
